One small gauge that shows the temperature and the humidity in the tank at the same time, the two numbers that matter most for a reptile. It reads temperatures from 14 to 140°F, accurate to within 2°F, and humidity from 10 to 99%, accurate to within 5%. A switch changes the display between °F and °C. The suction cup mount turns, so the gauge can sit on the front, the back or either side of the tank. It runs on a button battery, and a spare comes in the box. The maker says two batteries last up to a year. It is 2.8 inches tall and 1.4 inches wide. A tank has a warm end and a cool end, and one gauge only reads the spot where it sits. Put it where your reptile spends most of its time, or use two, one at each end.
