Compressed bricks of coconut fiber that are soaked and spread as bedding in a reptile terrarium. The maker says to put a brick in a clean container, add 1 gallon of hot water, wait 10 minutes, then mix by hand and spread it one to two inches deep. The package says each brick gives 360 cubic inches of bedding, which is 5.9 liters. The maker says one brick covers the bottom of a 55 gallon enclosure. The maker says it is meant for tropical habitats and names chameleons, rainforest geckos, frogs and toads. The maker also describes it as a medium for egg laying and incubation. The shop sells a pack of 2 bricks. Use a bucket much larger than the brick, and let the bedding cool before it goes into the terrarium.
