A wooden hideout with two chambers for a hamster that likes to burrow or hide under its bedding. The maker says it measures 14.2 by 6.4 by 5.3 inches and that you should check that your cage or terrarium has room for it. The maker says the large size is designed for Syrian hamsters and that the entrance is about 3 inches across. The maker says the hamster can use the two chambers to sleep or to keep food. The maker says it is made of birch plywood joined by tongue and groove without nails, with each corner sanded smooth. The maker says it lets you find your hamster and watch it without disturbing it, and that it shields the hamster from collapsing bedding. The shop sells the large size, and the package contains one wooden hideout. Clean the wood with a dry brush or a barely damp cloth instead of soaking it, and let it dry before it goes back in the cage.
